Introducing our Ruby Chocolate bar. This is an innovative new style of chocolate. These naturally fermented cocoa beans result in this Pink colour and a flavour of red berry, citrus and roasted almond.
Ingredients: Ruby Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Acid: Citric Acid, Natural Vanilla Flavouring).
ALLERGENTS: May contain traces of Egg, Nuts and Gluten.
Storage notes: the product must be stored in a cool, dry and odourless place and at a temperature between 15°C and 18°C.
