Ingredients

- 400ml whole milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
- 100g Prestat 38% Milk Chocolate Flakes
- ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg (or ground nutmeg)
- 2 Prestat Milk Almond Truffles
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- Whipped cream (optional, for serving)
- Grated nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Heat the Milk
In a medium saucepan, gently warm the milk over medium heat. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn’t boil. -
Add the Nutmeg

Melt the Chocolate
Lower the heat and stir in Prestat’s 38% Milk Chocolate Flakes. Stir continuously until the flakes melt completely, creating a smooth and creamy hot chocolate. -
Add the Truffles
Drop in the Prestat Milk Almond Truffles and stir gently until they melt fully, adding a rich, nutty flavour to the hot chocolate. -
