Prestat Chocolates – £75 Hamper Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter The promoter is Prestat Chocolates, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14140372, whose registered office is at 8 Powergate Business Park, Volt Avenue, NW10 6PW (the “Promoter”).

2. The Prize Draw 2.1. The title of the prize draw is the “£75 Hamper Prize Draw”. 2.2. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Promotional Period 3.1. The prize draw will run from 00:01 BST on 16th September, 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 BST on 30th October 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. 3.2. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4. Eligibility 4.1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 4.2. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties, or are incomplete. 4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age and identity of any winner.

5. How to Enter 5.1. During the Promotional Period, you can enter the prize draw via two methods: (a) Entry via Purchase: For every purchase made on our website prestat.com, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive via this method. Purchases must be completed before the Closing Date. (b) Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): To enter for free, please visit our prize draw landing page at https://prestat.com/pages/hamper-prize-draw and complete the online entry form with your name and email address before the Closing Date. 5.2. Only one free entry is permitted per person. Multiple free entries from the same person will be disqualified. 5.3. All entries, regardless of the method of entry, will be treated with an equal chance of winning.

6. The Prize 6.1. The prize is one (1) hamper with a total value of approximately £75. 6.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

7.1. One winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within seven (7) working days of the Closing Date. 7.2. The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within fourteen (14) days of the draw. 7.3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 7.4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the first name and county of the winner to anyone who emails ecommerce@prestat.com with the subject line “Winner Request: £75 Hamper Prize Draw” within one month after the Closing Date of the prize draw.

8. Claiming the Prize 8.1. The winner must provide a valid UK postal address to claim their prize. 8.2. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 28 days of responding to the Promoter and providing their address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

9. Data Protection and Privacy 9.1. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw. 9.2. If you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw. This information may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels. 9.3. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://prestat.com/pages/privacy-policy

10. General 10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. 10.2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 10.4. This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
