Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity - RWHA Grant Awarded – Prestat Chocolates
We are always thrilled to sing praises for the incredible work of Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, and it brings us immense pride to actively participate in supporting their endeavours.

Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity plays a pivotal role by providing specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 120 Road Dahl Nurses caring for more than 33,000 seriously ill children. The dedication and expertise of the nurses reduces A&E visits, hospital admissions and consultant appointments.

Excitingly, we have a heart-warming announcement that will extend this support to even more children and young people.

The Royal Warrant Holder Association has awarded a grant of £3,000 to Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. This generous grant will fund 100 hours of essential nursing care and support to children and young people living with complex epilepsy.

The support offered by Roald Dahl Nurses goes beyond the clinical realm; they are also a vital lifeline to the whole family, coordinating care and providing access to the emotional and financial support needed by families who are experiencing such challenging circumstances. .

Our collective aspiration is to improve the lives for children and families supported across the UK. Together, we aim to make a meaningful impact, making it better for those who need it most.

About Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity:

Our vision is that every seriously ill child has a Roald Dahl Specialist Nurse to help them to lead a more marvellous life. Our mission is to provide specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children living with complex, lifelong conditions. As a charity that works in partnership with the NHS, we find innovative ways to ensure that children and families have the care and support they need. We do this through improving the healthcare outcomes and resilience of children and families, and we focus on complex, lifelong conditions that are underfunded and under-resourced.
