SHIPPING: Terms & Costs

In this section you will find the UK & WORLDWIDE shipping options available for items sold and shipped by Prestat.

Please note that Express shipping will be delivered from Monday to Friday from October to June, while it will be delivered from Monday to Thursday in the months from July to September. In order to save the integrity of the product in the warmer months, from May to September, the package will be refrigerated.

If the purchase order is placed before 9:30 am, it will be processed on the same day and it allow you to receive the order in 48 working hours except in the event of major force or unforeseeable circumstances. After this time the period of one to two days starts from the day following that in which Prestat confirmed the order by email of order confirmation.

That service is done by courier Royal Mail.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries to islands and remote areas may vary in delivery times.

Shipping in the UK

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days): £6.50
  • Express Shipping (24-48 h): £8.00
  • Next Day Guaranteed (For Orders Placed Before 09:30am): £12.00

This service is carried out by Royal Mail and it costs £6.50 for Standard Shipping, £8.00 for Express Shipping and £12.00 for Next Day Guaranteed.
For orders over £70, Prestat is pleased to offer you a free delivery.

International Shipping EU - Royal Mail (Tracked & Signed)

  • International Shipping EU (3-4 Working Days Delivery Aim): £20

This service is carried out by Royal Mail and it costs £20 for shipping to Europe.

Rest Of The World - Transglobal (2-5 Working Days)

This service is carried out by Transglobal and it costs £45 for shipping to all other delivery zones.

Please note that all duties are not included in the shipping costs.

FAQ

Do you have a coupon? During the check-out of the cart, click on the phrase: “Have a promo code?”, enter your code and click ADD. Remember: discount coupons cannot be applied to already discounted products.

Thinking of a present? If you want to send a gift, we will take care of everything.
During the check-out it indicates in the field “if you would like to add a comment about your order, please write in the field below”. We will be happy to write your message!
Remember: no other document or summary of costs will be sent.

How do I track my package? After you place the order, if the payment was successful, the costumer will receive a confirmation email of it. To monitor the shipment status you simply access to your user area – Order history and details. Clicking on the “Details” you will see all the information about your order, including tracking number, which allow you to track and monitor your order on your own. You will find a tracking number code and please simply enter it on the website related.

Costumer can use the field: “if you would like to add a comment about your order, please write in the field below” in check-out to highlight special needs and reports concerning the shipment.

How can I pay? The costumer can choose the following online payment methods for delivery: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Bank Transfer.

What if my product is damaged? All Prestat packages are sealed by personalised packaging tape. In case the package you received was altered and the product was defaced, please contact us immediately at cs.ecommerce@domori.com , attaching images of what you received. Without sending photos of the damaged goods, unfortunately it’s not possible for a refund or replacement process.
