Domori was founded in 1997 by the creative mind and passion for nature, gastronomy and cocoa of Gianluca Franzoni, today the company’s President.

The Domori model, based on short supply chain and recipes, champion of rigorous and uncompromising quality, is now widely adopted by producers all over the world.

Since 2019, Prestat has partnered with Domori’s for their acclaimed single origin couverture in all our chocolates.

Prestat remains one of the few British artisan chocolatiers to make all its chocolates with complete control of recipes and sourcing of raw ingredients as well as the opportunity to nurture the traditional skills needed to create all of the handcrafted chocolates.
